Complet Workshop

Seeds of curiosity!

Wednesday 30 October, 14:00

Use your five senses to tinker with and learn about the botanical observation of seeds.

Tiny seeds, giant seeds, some that stick, others that fly... the diversity of seeds is enormous! We'll be discovering all these shapes and methods of dispersal with the Botanical Garden's seed box, before making a "germination craft" to take home.
As part of the Geneva Botanic Garden's Green Workshops, on Wednesday afternoons.
Children are invited to share our passion for the world of plants and botany in a fun and educational way. Themed investigations, sensory discoveries, botanical explorations and many other activities are on the programme. The living collections of the Botanic Garden are the setting for these workshops, run by the curators, gardeners and scientists of your living museum, in collaboration with volunteers from Uni3, Geneva's University for Seniors.
