Biographie

Mes sujets de recherche se situent à la jonction entre diversité intraspécifique et diversité interspécifique et s’intéressent aux frontières d’espèces telles que les données génétiques en rendent compte et les traduisent.

L’approche intégrative que j’utilise se traduit toujours par des collaborations étroites avec le spécialiste taxonomique du groupe étudié : Arecaceae (F. Stauffer), Caryophyllaceae (D. Jeanmonod), Parmeliaceae (P. Clerc), Sapotaceae (L. Gautier), Ulmaceae (G. Kozlowski)…

Depuis quelques années je m’attache plus particulièrement à l’analyse des radiations évolutives, pour des aspects théoriques, ainsi qu’à la conservation des espèces, dans un souci plus appliqué.

Mes outils sont ceux de la génétique ou la génomique des populations ainsi que ceux de la phylogénomique. Selon les questions et les enjeux, j’utilise différents marqueurs moléculaires (séquences, microsatellites, SNP) issus des différents compartiments génomiques ; noyaux, chloroplastes, mitochondries.
